By accepting the terms and conditions of this website, you as a bidder, acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract between you and Gaskill Angus. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions.

Responsible for purchases

By placing a bid, you acknowledge that your bid is a offer to purchase the lot you are bidding on.

Bidder/User Registration and Responsibility

Buyers or users must register to participate. Establishing a user account or bidding or buying at this auction/sale acknowledges bidders’ consent to the terms and conditions as outlined below. Bidders will be solely responsible for any and all actions taken with their bidding account including all purchase amounts.

During the registration process, you must submit information found to be current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to continually maintain current and accurate account information. All bids and sales are final.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to securely save all auction registration and login information including usernames and passwords. You accept responsibility and payment for all purchases from your account.

Reserve Price

An auction lot may have a reserve price. The reserve price is the lowest price at which the lot will be sold. The reserve price is never disclosed to bidders, but a note may be displayed in the lot information screen specifying a reserve price. When the reserve price has been met the screen may read "reserve price met". The lot will then be sold to the highest bidder at the conclusion of the online auction sale. If the reserve price is not met, the lot will not be sold during that online auction.

Bidding Eligibility

Anyone is eligible to participate, however Gaskill Angus reserves the right to reject any and all bids unless otherwise stated.

Invoicing and Payment

All winning bidders will receive invoices following the close of each auction. Invoices will be sent via electronic mail (when a working address is provided).

Payment for purchases is due upon bull delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

Currency Type

All bidding increments and payments will be in US Dollars (USD).

Liability

All animals will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as bid off but will be cared for by Gaskill Angus until delivery takes following the sale. However, all animals selling will sell under the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

Term of Agreement

The term of this agreement will begin on the date of acceptance of this agreement by bidder and will remain in full force and effect until completion of this agreement. This agreement, which may be amended in writing and signed by both parties, represents the entire agreement, and takes place of all prior agreements.
